A spell for grounding and self care, with notes of basil in the sun, lemon verbena, and a breath of fresh air.

Grow your awareness and tend to your bliss. Invoke the power of now by letting your senses ground you in the moment. Light candle. Imagine a green cord extending from the base of your spine all the way to the center of the earth’s core. Once you feel the connection take 3 deep breaths and let the scent of fresh herbs make your present more pleasant. When you’re ready, blow the candle out with a sigh of release.
