As we went around the circle last night, even those who came with gripes, managed to turn them into gratitude. Finding your inner strength to be thankful for what you have can get you through the hardest of times and lift a weight from your shoulders.
Meditation is a way to calm your inner thoughts. Give yourself 20 minutes to think about where you are in space and time.
