WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We’re at 144 Washington Street in Salem, MA.

And yes, this did used to be a bike shop.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

We’re open 10am-6pm every day except Wednesday.

I SAW SOMETHING IN THE SALEM SHOP OR ON FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM AND I DON’T SEE IT IN ONLINE—CAN I STILL BUY IT?

Not everything we have in-store is sold in our online shop. If you see something on Instagram or on Facebook it might not be listed yet online. Shoot us an email at hello@hauswitch.com and we’ll be happy to let you know what the story is.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be shipped and an addition 1-3 days for domestic priority mail to deliver it. If you’re international we’ll ship within 5-7 days and you can expect your order within 14-45 days after shipment depending on your country and customs delays.

I WAITED 5-7 DAYS AND I STILL THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN.

First, contact us to make sure you’ve got the right tracking number. We encourage you to reach out to your local post office and we will do the same. We are unable to give full refunds for lost items.

I MISSED THE EVENT I REGISTERED FOR. CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?

All event reservations are final. Much like if you were to purchase a ticket for a concert and miss it, your seat could have been sold to someone who would have attended. Most of all, we want to see your awesome face! These are thoughtful, intimate events with some really cool meditation guides, tarot instructors, all kinds of sacred talent. We highly recommend you set a reminder on your phone. You won’t want to miss what we have planned!

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I DO IN SALEM AFTER I VISIT YOUR SHOP?

Our sister company, NOW Age Travel + Healing, does healing sessions, tarot card readings and walking workshops. The best part: They’re around the corner!

If you want! But unless you include a return label we can’t return them.

CAN I STOP BY AND SHOW YOU MY WARES?

We don’t review any products in the shop, but you can email us on our contact page with links and photos and we’ll get back to you if we think your products will be a good fit!
